so i 'sometimes' complain to my boyfriend about cramps during period. and then he bought me this hot water bag (?). basically you fill up 800-1000 ml of water, plug in the bag until the temperature suits your taste and voila, ready to use. a little difficult when you want to fill up the bag tho.

before, i never know this thing even existed 😂 but it sure does it work. i fell asleep while using it. so comforting ❤️ my cramps gone too hehe will use this everytime i get cramps or some shit.
